HENRY FORUM

HENRY Forum is a leading, theme and contents -driven conference for Human Resource, Training and Development professionals in Finland. It is organised by Henrietta Ltd/the Finnish Association for Human Resource Management HENRY in co-operation with supporting expert partners. The one-day convention, which is held in Helsinki every other year, has attracted an increasing number of participants since its initiation in 2002. HENRY Forum 2008 had about 600 participants.

The objective of HENRY Forum is not only to provide participants with educational information on contemporary trends on leadership and Human Resource Management, but to offer newest toolkit and best practices for the operative work of managing people. The event also provides sources for intellectual and esthetic inspiration and collegial learning. The convention invites and challenges attendees for participation in a debate on issues that form the future of the organisations and HR as a profession in Finland. HENRY Forum has also evolved into an ideal platform for active networking between colleagues.
